REVIEW

January 10, 2010

This CD was originally recorded and released on vinyl in 1959. This is the first CD edition, released in 1988, and later reissued with a different cover as Victor VICC-60001-2 (1997). The music was composed and conducted by Ikuma Dan with the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra.

Many people like operas but I'm not one of them. That being said, this 2 disc set of music was actually enjoyable to me for the most part. It was certainly worth listening to and many parts were very enjoyable.
