This CD is not for everyone or the casual Godzilla listener.
What we have here are 8 jazz tunes done by Jack Walrath and
based on the works of Akira Ifukube.
Some of the tunes here can easily be identified with the
Ifukube counterpart. Other tunes it's very difficult or
nearly impossible to hear the Ifukube influence.
I enjoyed the CD even though I am not a big jazz fan.
The music was pleasant and definitely different and was
a good listening experience with a good mix of tempos.
If you like jazz or easy listening type music then you
might enjoy this CD.
