REVIEW

March 12, 2000 Track #10 on this CD is a piano version of the march heard in many Godzilla films. The piano music is done in the style often heard accompanying old silent films. The CD's in this series seem to be somewhat interchangeable. While they are fun and not bad to listen to, there definitely seems to be a similarity between them bordering on sameness. I guess what I'm saying is that unless you are a completist owning one of these CD's is not much different than owning all six of them. All are pleasant and have their differences but stylewise they are all similar and also reuse a lot of the same pieces of music creating what could best be described as alternate takes. The exception to this rule would be the last disc, VPCD-81189. There are a lot of very short tracks on this CD.
