REVIEW

July 13, 2000

I finally managed to get a copy of this CD thanks to a friend of mine who found a copy for me. Now my "Film Music By Masaru Satoh" collection is complete.

This CD was well worth the wait. I loved it upon hearing it the first time all the way through. This CD has a very good mix of action and mid-tempo music with a little Japanese traditional music thrown in. This is Masaru Satoh's Samurai music CD and the tracks are great. I especially liked track #6 which could have come from an American Western film. No slow moving, jazz influenced tracks here. Just straight out action.

This CD is hard to find but if you run across a copy, grab it.
