February 09, 2005 This CD is the Original Musictrack to a game. I have never seen the game so have no idea how good or bad it is. However I was fairly impressed with the music on the CD. It has a kind of heavy metal flavor to it and is mostly very fast paced. Throughout the tracks are sprinkled Music effects of Gamera's roar and flying as well as pieces of Gamera theme music as found in the early Gamera movies. For game music it is very well done and some tracks make it obvious it's for a game while others might be at home in a movie. Unfortunately no credit is given to the composer or performers of the music, at least as far as I can tell, unless it's somewhere in the Japanese in the booklet but certainly isn't given in the English portions that do credit the distributors and others. This CD may not be suitable for everyone's taste but if you like fast paced game music or heavy metal type music, then you just might get a bang out of this CD. |
