All I know about this CD is that Denki Groove chose their favorite tracks (mostly owned by Sony) and play Godzilla samples between tracks. Denki Groove is a group that does Techno style music and have many CD's out. However this particular one may have been special or very early in their career because almost nothing comes up on a search of the web for it and almost all Denki Groove fan sites that have a discography don't list this CD.

Additional info courtesy of Sam Scali: This CD occasionally pops up on Yahoo Japan, but is otherwise out of print. Anyway, my research has confirmed that Denki Groove is indeed a techno group that normally records their own music, but in this case they apparently allowed their name to be used on this compilation of Sony tracks (whether or not they actually "selected" these tracks is anybody's guess). It is also worth noting that the monster sounds were conveniently taken directly from "HOWL", SRCL 2531, another Sony release.
