This wonderful sounding and interesting CD is from the popular anime series "Blood+" produced by Hans Zimmer with music by Mark Mancina. I have never gotten into Anime and have not seen this series however I really love the music on this CD. It's a mixture of slower paced themes interspersed with fast paced action sequences. A few tracks are interesting marches as well. It easily reminds you of a major Hollywood blockbuster in the feel of the music. I may have to seek out at least one of the films in this series to see if the visuals do justice to the music.
