Disc 3 covers 1961 to 1965 and four major Kurosawa movies. Another nice sounding disc with 4 long suites. Track #1 has mainly a jazz feel to it mixed with traditional Japanese music. Track #2 starts off with a light hearted action feel reminding me of some US westerns. Track #3 starts off with saxaphone and triangles and a somewhat eerie, ghostly feel to it. Track #4 is slow moving, soothing type music for the most part mixing with some suspenseful type music. |
