July 19, 2002 (Updated June 04, 2006) This keychain is made up from a 3" CD single. As far as I know it was a promo item that was probably only available in Japanese theaters when "Godzilla vs. Destroyer" was first shown. This is a novel idea for a promo item. There are three tracks on the disc. Only the first track is from the 1954 "Godzilla" film. Track one is a combination of footsteps and roars along with the "Main Title". The second track is clearly the Monster Zero March from the 1965 "Monster Zero" film.Track 3 is a combination of roars and sound effects from many of the kaiju films (Mothra, KG, etc). Please don't ask me where you can get one of these. I have no idea. I bought mine from someone I lucked out had one for sale. Since this was obviously a promo item I'm sure the number of them made is small and that finding one now many years later will be pretty difficult. |
